Group FOLDER/MAILBOX in Microsoft Outlook I created a group folder/mailbox with 6 members in the group. I am trying to set the folder up so the group can SEND, RECEIVE, SORT and DELETE MESSAGES in this folder. To add group members to the calendar, click on a contact and click Group Members. Repeat for each member and click OK to finish. Alternately, type each address in the Group Members bar, separating each address with a semi-colon, and then click OK.
